Great atmosphere. They made my drink just right. However, the staff were overworked for the amount of customers they had.
I just went to this caribou location in Rogers and received horrible service. They forgot our bagel and didn't apologize and went ahead and made the next persons order first. They did not give us a knife for our bagels. When we asked for a knife the barista ignored us while she continued to talk to her coworker. Very rude. I am a loyal caribou customer and will not be back at this location.
Stop in for a coffee and was finishing up a call with a customer in the parking lot. The gentleman wearing a camo sweatshirt was busy taking pictures of me in the parking lot instead of helping customers. So I drove across the street to get a coffee instead. Too bad, went there quite a bit.
Good service, good coffee but no veggie sandwich options for breakfast is a thumbs down.
My wife purchased a mug for that can be refilled for free during the month of April. We have made it a habit to go and get it refilled as much as possible. The cost of the coffee here is rather High however with this refillable mug used every day in the month of April it gets it so that it's less than a dollar per day which for the coffee is a good deal.
