Horrible experience. Worst salesman experience ever. We walked away from a camper we really liked because of him. Rude, arrogant, demeaning, talked about himself the whole time and was not helpful in any way. I don't know how he makes any sales! Camper was dirty and we were told we could negotiate getting it cleaned! Would like to try another salesperson, but not sure after reading all these reviews!
We bought a brand new camper two years ago from this place. The roof and sides are separating from the trailer. We've tried calling and calling but never call us back. Months later they are refusing to fix it! We even bought the extended warranty! I will never reccomend this place to anyone!! Worst customer service we've ever had from a company like this. We even talked to the manager multiple times but still never got a phone call back from the guy for month's !I'm disgusted with this company and I'm sure I'm not alone alone from what the other campers are saying about mpls trailers!!!
Allen in sales and Joe in parts were awesome. And actually everyone there is very helpful!! Joe put the hitch on and the backup camera on and was very patient with showing me how to use it. Allen walked me through the whole camper and showed us how everything worked! The trailer was so clean when I went to pick it up.
Gunner in sales is great, definitely ask for him! He was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I think some of the negative reviews here are fake as they all seem to be about used units, which they have very few of on the lot. Service department was fine, we had a second A.C. unit installed along with upgrading the electric to 50amp. No issues with the work whatsoever and we've been through several heavy rains with not so much as a drop of water. Highly recommend Gunner and Minneapolis Trailer Sales.
Alan was great! Just bought trailer from him after visiting two other places that did not seem to care as much. He even invited us to his bbq because we are not from here. Thanks Alan!!
