Went online to look at rentals. online the website said we could not used debit cards. Fine. we paid with a Credit Card and choose (from a limited selection) our car. It was paid in full, and said come on in to pick up your car. Great! Easy as pie. But what they don't tell you, is when you get to the office to pick up your car. You need another card to use for a "hold" which the lady behind the counter says, oh it won't charge you. Then she says oh it holds an EXTRA $200 on top of the $260 we already paid. Then they STILL don't give you a car, even though its paid. Also if you use a card to "hold" your card, they don't just reverse the authorization before it charges so you can have your money back, they just charge you and refund it making it take 3-5 days so you can't rent anywhere else. Whatever they tell you the charge will be, expect double, and don't expect Customer Service to help you at all. they are rude and condescending.
Believe the reviews about the phone not being answered. Watched it ring multiple times with no answer while Xee stared at it. I had a problem with the car, which I'll get into later, and the phone was off the hook for HOURS. The "premium" vehicle I was given was a POS GMC Acadia, that ticked when you turned left or right and had BLOOD all over the seats, console and door frames. I didn't notice the blood until we were on the road the next day, since we parked it and then packed up in the middle of the night. I tried to call for hours, and even called the location I was close to but they couldn't help me. I finally cleaned the blood off the drivers seat and console with antibacterial wipes and just hoped for the best with the noises since the main number couldn't help me either. I wish I had thought to take pictures but I was so grossed out, I just wanted it gone. Upon returning the car, she's giving me a hard time about dog hair that was not mine, we had a golden, not a black dog with us and had everything covered in layers of blankets. I mention the blood and she starts freaking out about "that little stain" and "I cleaned that car myself." Well obviously not because IIII got the blood out myself, and it wasn't hard. I told her about the stain on the backseat and door frame and how it looked like something was dead in the backseat, but that was perfectly acceptable to her because she "cleaned it." NEVER EVER EVER again! Go to the airport instead, their cars were at least clean!

I have rented from this Avis location several times now. Xee has worked with us and has provided exceptional customer service. She is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this Avis. Ask for Xee!
