Susan did a great job of explaining the issue and what my options were to move forward. With the move forward action plan she clearly laid out timelines and expectations. Her demeanor shined through and her attention to detail was unparalleled.

Enjoy going to a clinic where staff is helpful from the time you walk in the door, the nurse in the room and the doctor who was able to diagnose and treatment my skin condition. I have been to other dermatologists where I am in and out in minutes, they hardly even look at me. She actually spent time explaining things to me.
Inquired about a medication and it took 3 days to respond and now inquired about my bill and that was 3 days ago and still have not heard back....
Worst place. Just received a bill in the mail that said the copay wasn’t paid. I paid in cash on the day of the appointment but said they didn’t receive it. So I need to pay it again. Never go to this place again. Maybe if the employees pay more attention to what they are doing instead they were talking the whole time but it wasn’t to me this probably wouldn’t have happened.
