Every time we go there, it takes at least an hour. Called a week early to get an appointment with our dr, and he was too booked. Scheduled with someone else and waited over 30 minutes past our appointment and had to leave without being seen. Very sick of the constant waiting and never getting our preferred doctor.
They have had awful customer service. There is a doctor that left marks on my poor babies face from holding her down too hard just to check her ears. When I asked to talk to someone about it no one ever called me back, even after my continuous calls complaining about him over the past year. I have never been satisfied with their service.
We've been going to Partners in Peds for the last 17 years. Our doctor is amazing. She listens, and helps us make healthcare decisions that are specific to our situation. I've never had a rude nurse or staff member. They've always been caring and friendly.
We've been going to PIP in Rogers for 5 years now for both of our children and have received nothing short of fantastic care. We would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks for all the care for our children!
Staff and doctors are nice and accommodating. When calling them, the answering machine takes forever to get to a human.
