Prior to shirt being cleaned, told them about a stain on it. got shirt back after cleaned with even more stains and the original wasn't removed. Another shirt in batch that I brought in is supposed to have white cuffs and collar, got back and it's a dingy grey and stinks, it was like they didn't even clean it!
