The first 2 rooms we were given were dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous guest. I know this because I used to be a housekeeper. And the front desk receptionist tried to argue with myself and my family about it. Also paid way too much but needed to rest desperately.
I try to arrive around 3pm because you have use of almost everything all to yourself and getting much more out of relaxing later.
Top notch as always.
I recommend this hotel if you love a comfortable bed and friendly people. They are pet friendly. They allowed our 125lb dog in. We will definitely be staying here again.
The pet friendly rooms stink of urine and are not in good repair. In my room the shower curtain was ratty and the toilet seat was not attached. The smell alone to me demonstrates that the house keeping is under par for the money that had to pay. Will never stay here again. Does not deserve the one star!

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way back home from Minneapolis. The hotel we stayed in there wasn't available for an extra night, which is why we booked this property. Upon check in, the front desk staff were very friendly, although we did have to wait a bit to check in as they were having some computer issues. The room itself was just ok. It was cleanish but definitely in need of a refresh. Our room didn't have the smell that some of the other reviews mention, which was a plus. The carpet had some odd stains so I didn't feel comfortable going barefoot. The bed was comfortable though, and as we were just there to sleep for the one night it met our needs. I'm not sure if I would book again or not - we wouldn't have wanted to stay for more than the one night.
