No 1 ever answers the phone... they must not need business?
Tried to reserve a truck and was informed I needed to have Ryder listed as an additional insured on my policy....never been asked for it ever from any company. I was willing to fill out the form and informed them I was done debating it....gave my email address to send the form to....they still wanted to debate it...I informed them to email it I would fill it out....continued to want to debate it.....must be more important to sell the Ryder insurance package than to rent trucks....will never deal with this location.
