Had to send my food back noodles real soggy while sitting at the bar watching the cooks make food alot if tention between employees. The cooks were getting frustrated one of the cooks wiped his nose over the food then moments later he grab noodles with his bare hand no gloves made a dish and sent it out to a costumer.
Food is good and came hot. I found the sauce adequate for my dish. The service was quick enough and they were friendly. I like that they bring the food to your table. When we walked in I noticed a bunch of tables hadn’t been cleared yet but a staff person was slowly cleaning them up. By the time we got our food they were fine. It is a bit chilly in the restaurant for my taste. A good fast food option.
I eat at many locations. What I have found in Rogers is that the sauce/noodle ratio is always off. There is never enough sauce at this location. I am not sure why this is but I would strongly suggest driving a bit further, maybe elk river.
19 minutes for just Mac and Cheese with no side. Manager was very friendly and genuinely handled it offering a refund even though I did not take it because they brought fresh food quickly to the table. Leaving 5 stars due to the way it was handled. Seems like a one off - Thank you for the great service.
I've never has a problem like this before not sure if that is a bad day for them or what but come on wiping your nose then touching food that's just nasty
