I don't have nothing, but positive things to say about ABRA and they definitely will have my business in the future if the occasion happens to arise again.
They took care of my car after a snow/ditch incident, keeping my updated via text and phone calls with their next steps. They adjusted their timeline to meet my needs by including another of their shops in the repair process, on their dime. Extremely professional and positive; great customer service. Went over and above my expectations!
I looked up reviews on Abra prior to bringing my vehicle in and I am so impressed that I have to write one of my own, which I normally don't do. They did everything down to detailing my car. My car was brought in for minor rear end damage and they had detailed my car inside and out. Nothing was wrong with the inside, but yet they cleaned it......WHAAAAT?! Blew me away being Winter and all, my back seats were all dirty from the kids putting their feet up and what not. ALL CLEANED OFF!!! Was not expecting that at all.
This place definitely deserves a 5 star review! From my very first contact to them handing back my key back, they were professional, FRIENDLY, and thorough. My car looked spectacular inside and out. I was AMAZED how quick they were. I was paying for a rental so BONUS! Outstanding communication every step along the way! I opted for text message updates ~ love that option!

The first time I was involved in a rear-ended accident, I sent my vehicle over here and they fixed it in a timely manner. Not only that, they did good keeping you up with the status of you car. They repaired my car flawlessly that you won't even guess the car was involved in an accident. The second time I was involved in another rear-ended accident, I sent my vehicle (different than the first one) to this Abra again. The second time here was as great as the first one. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 out 5 is because they kind of rush you to pick up your vehicle. Meaning, they called me around 3pm and told me to pick the car up by closing time. If they gave me at least a day ahead notice to pick up the vehicle, then this place would earn the last star!!
Great Customer Service- I knew everything that was going on as they called daily to inform me. My car was ready in a very timely manner and when it came down to picking it up, I noticed a chip out of the front driver side panel(due to it being so clean and stuck out at me)and they stated it was from a rock ding. They drove it back into the shop and said "Let me touch that up for you".
