It frustrates me that what was done didn’t fix the issue, and the only response I get is, “oh, it’s the tires” That’s okay though, I went to Discount and got them done.
Would give more stars if there were more. Very fast and great service. Very nice guys there. Will give them my business again when I need to.
I called the manager “Brian” and said that I would drive over and buy all four tires from him and get it all taken care of if they take care of the alignment cost since that was not was causing my car to veer left, and he said no because the allignment was valid.
I called in and set an appointment for an alignment because my vehicle was veering to the left. Knowing very little about cars, I assumed that was the problem. They took fifteen minutes to do my alignment (0.76 hours of labor seems a little fraudulent as indicated on my alignment reciept) and on my drive home it continued with the problem. I was told that I needed new tires and told the problem was the tires.
Long waits just to get someone to talk to you in store then another 2 plus hours to get your tires you purchased rotated. Definitely be the last time I buy tires here. Beware of the free rotations as you pay with your time.
I've had very good luck here. This is where I go for all my vehicles. They are privately owned and may different deals than the corporate stores.
